The ideal candidate needs to be organized, detailed, and communicate well with multiple departments.


Position Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Change Management Analyst to support a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation initiative. This individual will play a key role in coordinating change management activities, facilitating stakeholder engagement, supporting communication and training efforts, and maintaining project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.


Working alongside Change Management leaders, project teams, business stakeholders, Human Resources, and Communications, the analyst will help ensure organizational readiness and successful adoption of new business processes and technologies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, communication planning, stakeholder support, and driving execution within a fast-paced transformation environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with the execution and tracking of change management activities supporting the ERP program.
  • Prepare and distribute project communications, status updates, newsletters, presentations, and stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, focus groups, and Change Champion network activities.
  • Maintain and update key change management artifacts, including stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, communication plans, readiness reports, and project documentation.
  • Support the development and organization of training materials, job aids, user documentation, and training schedules.
  • Monitor project milestones and change management deliverables, providing status reporting to project leadership.
  • Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify adoption challenges, resistance points, and engagement opportunities.
  • Assist with organizational readiness activities, surveys, assessments, reporting, and data gathering efforts.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
  • Manage document repositories, SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams channels, and project collaboration tools.
  • Develop presentation materials for leadership, steering committees, and program governance meetings.
  • Partner with project teams and functional leaders to ensure messaging remains consistent throughout the transformation effort.
  • Provide general project support and administrative coordination as needed.


Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting organizational change initiatives, business transformation programs, project coordination functions, communications, or human resources activities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create polished business communications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with experience managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work products.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and project support experience.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
