To thrive as an Events Project Coordinator, you need strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and experience in event planning, typically supported by a degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure help you stand out in coordinating multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. What are some common challenges an events project coordinator might face when managing multiple events simultaneously?
