Recreation and Events Coordinator Employment Status: Full time (40h week) Monday to Friday Must be available sometimes in the evening depending on the events. Description of tasks : Assist in the planning, organization and coordination of leisure activities Get involved in various committees related to recreation Prepare monthly activity schedules Plan and produce the posters of the films on display Create projects and activities for people with loss of autonomy Provide support in processing registration requests for the activities offered Maintain various computerized lists Write various internal communications Perform all other tasks related to this function
