Position Summary

The Picnic Leadย overseesย assigned picnic events from planning through completion, supervising event staff and ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for event execution and customer satisfaction.ย 


This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00-$15.00

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support staff in designated picnic areasย 
  • Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure on-time executionย 
  • Assign duties and provide leadership and guidance to picnic staffย 
  • Serve as a liaison between guests, clients, and facility staffย 
  • Monitor food service timing, quality, and cleanupย 
  • Address and resolve event-related issues or guest concerns professionallyย 
  • Maintain clean, organized work and service areasย 
  • Assistย with advance preparation for upcoming picnic eventsย 
  • Communicate clearly and concisely.ย 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.ย 
Qualifications
  • 1-2+ year of experience in event operations or event management preferredย 
  • Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skillsย 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented event environmentย 
  • Knowledge of event operations and crowd management principles preferredย 
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long nights, weekends, & holidays as needed.ย
