Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts, with emphasis on HOA communities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers, board members, and clients.
- Represent the company professionally during site meetings, board presentations, and client reviews.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Oversee field crews, monitor productivity, and provide coaching and direction as needed.
- Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Manage contracts with an understanding of budgets, scope of work, and profitability.
- Identify and propose landscape enhancement opportunities that add value for clients.
- Assist with equipment evaluation, purchasing, and fleet planning.
- Utilize computer software for scheduling, communication, reporting, and account management.
- Support snow removal operations during the winter season, including planning, coordination, and event management.
- Participate in field operations when necessary to support the team and ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with branch leadership to improve operations, retain clients, and support continued branch growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance or landscape operations management.
- Experience managing HOA, commercial, or municipal landscape accounts.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to HOA boards and meeting with property managers.
- Proven leadership experience managing crews and field operations.
- Understanding of budgets, contracts, and job costing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
- Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
- Turf Applicator or Operator License preferred.
- Experience with snow plowing and snow operations management is a plus.
- Experience identifying and selling landscape enhancement opportunities is preferred.
Compensation
Up to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
