Welcome to Copper Vine.

Housed in the storied building that was once home to Maylie's - one of New Orleans' oldest restaurants - Copper Vine is a wine-fueled contemporary American Restaurant & Inn in the heart of the Central Business District.

Since opening in 2018, Copper Vine has honored over a century of history while building something entirely its own. With a newly opened Inn, upstairs private dining & event spaces, a restored 132-year-old bar, and a curated food & beverage program spanning Brunch, Happy Hour, and dinner service, Copper Vine brings together every element of hospitality to its high-volume restaurant and luxurious Inn in the heart of downtown, New Orleans.

What You'll Do:

As the Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in the day-to-day management of the Copper Vine operations team through your professionalism, consistent leadership example, and by creating memorable guest experiences via the Copper Vine Guest Journey. If successful, you will positively impact all areas of the operation, including the restaurant, the Inn and events.

Your responsibilities will include:

Training and developing an exceptional service team.

Leading daily food and beverage operations with a hands-on presence on the floor for retail, event and hotel business.

Creating a culture rooted in genuine hospitality and personalized guest experiences.

Training servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff while setting the standard through your own leadership.

Managing labor, productivity, inventory, and cost of sales.

Partnering with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Engaging with guests through table touches, service recovery, and relationship building.

Training and refining operating procedures and service standards that are the foundation of Copper Vine's food and beverage program.

Management of the Sales & Events operation team to deliver unforgettable celebrations and ensure every guest experiences exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint along their visit.

Continuously looking for ways to elevate the guest experience while improving operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

You're someone who believes hospitality is more than service, its creating moments people remember.

You thrive on the floor, enjoy leading others, and take pride in creating an atmosphere where both guests and team members feel welcomed.

You're equally comfortable discussing wine, cocktails, and cuisine as you are coaching a server, solving an operational challenge, or jumping in wherever needed.

Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to join an incredible team and help build something exceptional.

Qualifications:

Three or more years in a leadership role in high-volume upscale restaurants, or polished dining concepts.

Proven leader with high emotional intelligence, professional communication, and adaptability required for success in the industry

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and elevated food service.

Proven experience training and developing individuals others as a mentor.

Hands-on operational leadership with excellent organizational skills.

Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Understanding of labor management, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.

Compensation & Benefits:

$55,000-$65,000 annual salary

Performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary based on KPI achievement
