The Role

We're seeking an Operations Manager to help build our newest facility. You will plan, develop, and lead a team within the Framebridge manufacturing business to excel in the areas of safety, quality, and customer deliveries. As an Operations Manager, you are accountable for developing and installing consistent assembly and material flow processes within their areas of responsibility. The processes and workflows will drive very high levels of safety, quality yields, and deliveries based upon customer order dates. The Operations Manager will develop their team to ensure that goals are met consistently. As an Operations Manager you'll hold the highest levels of communication across the organization and on the floor to ensure the business performs at the highest levels.

This Manager will maintain aspirations, based upon performance, to grow into a Plant Manager or another leadership role within Framebridge.

  • Degree in Business or Engineering.

Salary Information:

The base range is $108K - $114K, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
