Concrete Estimator & Operations Coordinator – Lead Residential & Commercial Concrete Projects


Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $60,000 per year plus dependent on experience (Base salary plus Commission and Performance Based Bonus)

You will serve as a vital operational and estimating leader, directly driving project pipelines and scheduling accuracy. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute precise residential concrete estimating, material takeoffs, and labor hour calculations from day one.
  • Maintain the live job schedule by coordinating directly with builders, pump trucks, and concrete providers.
  • Build complete, high-quality bid packages incorporating tight written proposals, scopes, exclusions, and qualifications.
  • Track active projects through all construction phases from pre-pour and footings to final billing readiness.
  • Surface real-time scheduling conflicts to leadership while filtering routine operational inquiries from builders.
  • Cultivate valuable General Contractor relationships to qualify pipeline opportunities against company margin criteria.


Requirements:

  • Some estimating experience is required, preferably in residential concrete, foundations, or flatwork.
  • Operations oversight experience is highly desirable.
  • They are looking for someone who can help oversee operations while also handling estimating responsibilities.
