Job description

Compensation: $17/hour

What you get to do:

  • Responsible for the supervision and implementation of the daily operation of Christmastown and other Consumer Event Festivals talent, including following up on task assignments for cast and crew.
  • Responsible for maintaining the daily set schedules as established and trainings for assigned work groups and teams as needed.
  • Responsible to mentor staff to maintain a successful team-oriented productions.
  • Provide over-all logistical support for the entire Entertainment Department and event operations when needed.
  • Developing, updating, and following the SOP's, attendance/performance tracking, daily reports, supply requests and other documentation required for entertainment operations.
  • Ensuring the safety of all Team Members as well as ensuring that all team members are getting required safety training and are using proper PPE.
  • Responsible for supervision of areas to include but not limited to; events cast, technicians, costume/dresser staff , daily hours reporting, ambassador coaching, overtime requests, deviation/sign in sheets, theatrical and technical systems, theater safety, facility maintenance and cleanliness, monitoring show quality, scheduling and participating in or running rehearsals, daily meetings and information dissemination, team member development, team member record keeping, inventory & procurement of equipment, materials and supplies.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining quality standards throughout all assigned tasks, special events and show positions
  • Responsible for maintaining the artistic and technical integrity of the show/event. Knowledge of all positions necessary for show and event operation.
  • Act as front-line management representative. Act as a liaison with Production, Entertainment Technical and Operational Entertainment Management Staff.
  • Responsible for coordination and implementation of special events and shows in other venues as needed.
  • Responsible for assisting with Entertainment activities and special events in other facilities outside of the park as needed.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to Managers detailing all show and event related activities and other pertinent information.
  • Cover for other Supervisors/Technicians/other departments as needed on their days off, vacation, absences etc.
  • Work in a team environment and interact with guests and other ambassadors in a professional manner
