What You'll Do

Lead Marketing Communications That Drive Growth

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans that support product launches, customer engagement, and commercial priorities.
  • Partner with product marketing to create compelling messaging and content that translates complex clinical and technical concepts into clear customer value.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, web, social media, advertising, print, and field marketing channels.
  • Develop sales tools, customer presentations, videos, brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials that support business objectives.

Own High-Impact Events and Tradeshows

  • Lead planning and execution of national and regional tradeshows, congresses, customer programs, and sales meetings.
  • Create memorable customer experiences that drive engagement and support commercial growth.
  • Manage exhibit strategy, booth development, logistics, vendors, budgets, and onsite execution.
  • Measure performance and ROI to continuously improve event effectiveness.

Accelerate Digital Customer Engagement

  • Manage website content and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to execute email marketing, social media, and digital advertising programs.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, event marketing, product marketing, or a related commercial role. Experience in a regulated industry or cardiovascular products and medical devices is a plus but not required.
  • Proven success developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience managing tradeshows, customer events, congresses, and sales meetings.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience using digital marketing, social media, web, and email marketing platforms.

Pay Transparency

  • A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $110,000 - $145,000 based on experience + discretionary annual bonus.
