Job description

Spirit Shop Associate – Part Time
Walsh Jesuit High School is seeking a part-time Spirit Shop Associate to drive sales and create a welcoming environment by assisting shoppers with product selection, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays.
The hours of this position will average approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible retail schedule that may vary based on volume. This role requires occasional evenings and weekends, particularly during home football games and other special events. This is a 12-month position and works during the summer months.
Customer Service
  • Assist parents, faculty, students, and visitors with purchases
  • Foster a welcoming and positive shopping experience
Sales amp; Marketing
  • Process payments, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Work special events including home football games
  • Inform customers of current promotions
Inventory amp; Merchandising
  • Receive and tag merchandise
  • Assist with physical inventory
  • Restock shelves, maintain attractive product displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized
Faith Formation
  • Embrace, display, and support Catholic/Christian values and spiritual formation.
  • Regular participation in Ignatian formation activities including the school’s formal formation program, school masses, retreats, and other activities/events as scheduled.
