Common Duties & Responsibilities

1. Greeting & Front-Desk Engagement

  • Welcome everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge about Orangetheory Fitness.
  • Maintain the front desk area, answer phones, and interact with members and guests.
2. Membership Presentations & Tours

  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested people; often called intros.
  • Give studio tours and highlight key features of the workout and facilities.
3. Sales & Follow-Up

  • Sell studio memberships and package offers to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads from calls, walk-ins, campaigns, events, and digital inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records in sales systems and track your performance toward sales goals/KPIs.
4. Collaboration with Coaches

  • Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide prospects through their first class or introductory workout.
