Administrative Assistant

Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support to leadership, departments and teams.
  • File maintenance, arranging meetings, correspondence and other administrative functions.
  • Primary contact and support for external visitors and assisting with vendors.
  • Must be able operate phone system and provide good customer service to callers.

What you need to succeed:

  • HS Diploma/Equivalent
  • 1-2 years office/administrative experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain "confidential" information
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multi-task functions
