Job description

Eventide Crete, in Crete, NE is seeking a part time seasonal Facilities Worker/Groundskeeper to work 20 hours per week for the summer season.

The Facilities Worker performs grounds keeping duties to maintain the desired appearance to Eventide property. This includes, but not limited to: lawn maintenance, trimming / pruning bushes, edging sidewalks, removal of weeds, removal of snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots.

Essential Functions

  • Performs grounds keeping duties to maintain the desired appearance to Eventide property. This includes, but not limited to: lawn maintenance, trimming / pruning bushes, edging sidewalks, removal of weeds, removal of snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots.
  • Responsible for all facets of building and grounds maintenance and the preservation of Eventideโ€™s assets. Includes, but limited, to all the daily activities necessary to maintain Eventideโ€™s assets such as grounds work, snow removal, all minor equipment repairs and service calls, minor and major repairs to fixed and moveable physical plant equipment and other duties as assigned by manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must have education, knowledge and/or experience in maintenance, driving, and repair work.

Compensation

Atย Eventide, we value our employees and offer a competitive starting pay range of $16-17.92 per hour for Facilities Workerย based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available, for select positions, paid on employment status and shift worked.
