Event Wellness information

What is event wellness?

Event wellness refers to the integration of health, safety, and well-being initiatives into the planning and execution of events. This can include services like on-site health professionals, stress reduction activities, healthy food options, and safety protocols to ensure attendees feel comfortable and cared for. The goal is to create a holistic and positive experience that supports both physical and mental well-being, making events more enjoyable and inclusive for everyone involved.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in event wellness, and why are they important?

To thrive in Event Wellness, you need expertise in health and safety practices, first aid/CPR certification, and experience in event management or public health. Familiarity with emergency response protocols, incident reporting systems, and wellness assessment tools is typically required. Strong interpersonal skills, situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure help build trust with event attendees and staff. These skills are essential to ensure the health and safety of participants, manage potential health concerns quickly, and support the overall success of events.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals in event wellness roles, and how can they be effectively managed?

Professionals in Event Wellness often face challenges such as managing diverse attendee needs, adapting to rapidly changing event schedules, and ensuring the seamless integration of wellness activities into larger programs. Successful practitioners stay flexible, communicate proactively with event organizers, and prepare contingency plans for unexpected situations. Building strong relationships with vendors and other team members also helps ensure that wellness offerings run smoothly and enhance the overall event experience.

Wellness IV Nurse โ€“ Sales & Clinical Specialist

Are You a Nurse Who Loves to Sell?

We're looking for a high-performing Registered Nurse with exceptional IV skills and a passion for sales. This is more than a nursing roleโ€”it's an opportunity to educate clients, build lasting relationships, and drive membership and wellness service sales while delivering outstanding patient care.

If you're motivated by achieving goals, thrive in a customer-focused environment, and enjoy helping clients improve their health, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

Consistently achieve sales goals for memberships, IV therapies, wellness services, and retail products.

Educate clients and confidently recommend services based on their wellness goals and clinical appropriateness.

Convert new clients into long-term members through exceptional customer service and follow-up.

Administer IV therapies, IM injections, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy safely and efficiently.

Document treatments accurately in electronic medical records.

Maintain compliance with nursing standards and company policies.

Support community events, promotions, and clinic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Strong IV therapy and injection experience.

Minimum 2 years of sales, retail, med spa, wellness, or related experience.

Current BLS certification.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Goal-oriented, confident, and motivated by sales performance.

Passionate about health, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Success in This Role

Top performers excel at building trust, exceeding sales goals, growing memberships, retaining clients, and delivering exceptional clinical care. If you're driven to make an impact on both client outcomes and business success, we'd love to have you on our team.
