Social Media Influencer Videographer

Full-Time | Scottsdale, AZ (In-House) | Travel Up to 30%

Matson Money is seeking a talented Videographer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable professional who excels in shooting and creating short-form video content for social media influencers and occasional long-form projects. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, understands how to extract compelling moments from unscripted interactions, and is deeply committed to capturing authentic clips that others will be inspired and entertained by.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-house position based in Scottsdale, AZ, with travel up to 30% to events, conferences, and on-location shoots. You will play a key role in growing the visibility and social media presence of our executive leadership and brand by capturing, editing, and delivering engaging video content for digital distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality, short-form video content on-site and during travel (e.g., behind-the-scenes footage, day-in-the-life content, office culture, and live events).

  • Produce and edit videos for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and longer-form content (YouTube, training sessions, vlogs, recap videos).

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan, shoot, and edit content aligned with brand strategy and goals.

  • Listen attentively to meetings, interactions, and live moments to identify quotes, stories, or unscripted soundbites worth turning into content.
