Through our innovative Binbox mobile app (available on iOS and Android), customers can quickly locate, rent, and securely store their personal items in smart lockers at offices, stadiums, arenas, festivals, and other high-traffic venues.

We're a fast-growing technology company focused on delivering a seamless, hassle-free customer experience. As we continue expanding across the country, we're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join us at exciting live events.

Position Summary

As a Binbox Event Staff Member, you'll be the face of our company at sporting events, concerts, festivals, and other live entertainment venues. You'll help customers use the Binbox app, assist with locker rentals, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers with using the Binbox mobile app.
  • Help customers complete locker rental transactions.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and proactive customer service.
  • Troubleshoot basic app, payment, or locker issues.
  • Support guests with varying levels of smartphone and technology experience.
  • Set up and break down Binbox locker stations before and after events.
  • Perform basic equipment checks, including battery replacement and minor locker adjustments.
  • Work independently or alongside a team depending on event size.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Represent the Binbox brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps (iPhone and Android).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to stay until event operations have concluded, which may extend beyond scheduled end times.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Experience
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience.
  • Experience assisting customers with mobile apps or technology.
  • Cashless or point-of-sale transaction experience is a plus.
