Job description

Event Support
Reports to: Marketing Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Marketing
Location: 330 E Southern Ave, Mesa, Arizona 85210
Pay Range: $20.00 per hour
Position Summary:
Event support will support the marketing coordinator with the day-of-event duties. Day-of-event duties include but are not limited to constructing swag bags and gathering up materials for events such as tables, covers, and tents.
Responsibilities:
  • Daily tasks:
    • Loading/unloading the event transport van with all necessary supplies.
    • Assembling all necessary materials for swag bags.
    • Set/break down of events; will be on-site for the duration of the event.
  • Goals:
    • Ensuring all materials are accounted for with limited loss and damage.
    • Timely breakdown and set up to ensure we are prepped for events.
    • Representing the company in a positive light.

Team rules:
  • You report to the marketing coordinator.

Tools used:
  • Company vehicle.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None

Qualifications:
  • 36-month clean MVR records
  • Ability to obtain a facility agent card
  • Open availability - nights and weekends
