  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and high quality experience throughout the planning and execution process
  • Develop and present tailored event proposals aligned with client objectives, budgets and timelines
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports to Boca Paddle management and CityPickle leadership, using performance data to inform and refine sales strategy
  • Partner with CityPickle's VP of Sales and Chief Operating Officer to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to optimize revenue and improve sales effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for all events, ensuring operational alignment across programming, staffing, facilities, retail, and food & beverage
  • Coordinate event logistics including staffing plans, court allocations, timelines, vendor coordination, and operational communication
  • Partner closely with the General Manager and operational leadership to ensure seamless event execution and elevated guest experiences
  • Maintain detailed operational event documents, timelines, and execution plans for internal teams

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, event planning or entertainment/hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Tripleseat, Slack and Canva is a plus
  • Passion for pickleball, racquet sports, or sports-driven experiences is a strong advantage.
  • Positive, high energy attitude with a collaborative mindset and a drive for excellence.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
