Catering Crew Member – Job DescriptionOverview

Catering Crew Members help deliver an exceptional Dr. Dawg experience at events, pop‑ups, and on‑site service locations. This role blends hospitality, efficiency, and teamwork to ensure guests receive great food and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Event Setup & Breakdown

    • Set up the cart, serving station, and prep areas
    • Transport supplies, equipment, and food items
    • Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the event
  • Food Preparation & Service

    • Prepare and serve menu items (hot dogs, sausages, Italian beef, etc.)
    • Assemble toppings accurately and efficiently
    • Follow all food safety and handling procedures
  • Guest Interaction

    • Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, friendly service
