Job description

Job Summary:
In this role, the Corporate Experience and EventsCoordinatorwill play an integral role in planning and executing employee engagement events at headquarters; support on-site customer, sales, and marketing events and assist with planning of off-site conferences, meetings, and engagements in key domestic markets.
This team member should be highly organized and outgoing, with a talent in taking initiative, leading employee and vendor teams, streamlining planning, and serving both internal and external stakeholders. The Corporate Experience and Events Coordinator will play a critical role in all Nashville-based and offsite events, serving as a key member of the Experience Center and Events team.
This is a hybrid, Nashville-based role, with 3 days per week in office and up to 5 days per week during on-site events, including some nights and weekends for larger scale events.
Reporting to: Senior Corporate Experience & Events Planner
Location/Territory: Hybrid - Based in our Nashville, TN headquarters
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
  • Support logistics and for HQ and off-site events for a number of departments across the Revance corporate structure including, but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Consumer Skincare, HR, Board of Directors and Education
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and assist with the logistical management and execution of internal events, programs, and meetings
  • Help plan and drive the agenda for employee engagement initiatives, including corporate and off-site events
  • In conjunction with the Corporate Experience team, support the Revance Experience strategy to elevate the corporate story, experience, and culture
  • As needed, research, develop, and maintain business relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key partners
  • Initiate and manage the contracting and payment process for event vendors and attendees for assigned events.
  • Facilitate logistical arrangements for large-scale, company-wide events
  • Coordinate Event Staff scheduling, availability, and timekeeping while maintaining internal database
  • Attend site visits, vendor meetings, and community events to support Revance visibility
  • Provide general office and administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, preparing expenses and POs, and scheduling shipping/deliveries
  • Assist with inventory management of all event, catering, and food and beverage supplies
  • With direction from Manager, Corporate Experience and Events, oversee Nashville parking operations, validations, subscriptions, and variable budget items
  • Assist with budget management for the Nashville Experience Center department
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to ensure seamless operation of off-site engagements as and when scheduled

Basic Qualifications: (recruiter to advise)
  • 3+ years in corporate event planning, hospitality, or related field
  • BS/BA preferably in event, entertainment, or hospitality management, communications, or marketing

  • Proactive and can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels and in all disciplines, both internally and externally to Revance
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while ensuring quality and operate within an evolving, fast-paced, real-time environment
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to complete multiple projects with strict deadlines
