Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. Specific requirements include the ability to effectively communicate with clients/guests in a friendly and positive manner, the ability to meet/exceed client needs. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsabilities:

  • Answer and direct all Events phone calls.
  • Prepare electronic files in Events database, update and manage file as directed by Leaders.
  • Type letters, reports, forms.
  • Distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintain and keep current all phases of the filing system.
  • Record, type, and distribute notes of meetings.
  • Create event orders and distribute as directed by Events Managers.
  • Distribute contracts, memos, to assigned individuals.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Experience in a hotel or customer service environment is a plus!.
