The Role at a glance:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Event Server to join our Constellation team at our Florida Commissary in Miami, FL. You’ll provide professional food and beverage service at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other catered functions while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Compensation:

$24 an hour.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide personalized table and guest service.

• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and presentation.

• Assist with formal dining, passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet, and beverage service.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

• Handle VIP guests and special accommodations with professionalism.

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working at private events.

• Work efficiently as part of a high-performing hospitality team.

• Assist with setup and breakdown while maintaining professional standards.

What we're looking for:

• Previous restaurant, banquet, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry event equipment up to 25lbs.

• Strong attention to detail. 

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Food-handler certification preferred but not required.
