  • Supervise and coordinate event security personnel before, during, and after events.
  • Conduct pre-event security briefings and assign staff to designated posts and responsibilities.
  • Monitor venue entrances, exits, crowd flow, restricted areas, and emergency access points.
  • Ensure compliance with venue policies, client requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and security concerns.
  • Coordinate with venue management, law enforcement, emergency responders, and event organizers as needed.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports, shift reports, and other required documentation.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Oversee bag checks, credential verification, access control procedures, and crowd management operations.
  • Identify potential security risks and implement proactive mitigation measures.
  • Ensure all security equipment and communication devices are functioning properly.
  • Support emergency evacuation procedures and crisis response plans.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive interaction with guests while enforcing policies consistently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of security experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Valid New York State Security Guard License.
