About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Event Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our company's global event portfolio. This role will oversee a wide range of programs - from large-scale internal conferences to executive briefings, customer summits, and recognition events. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing complex, high-visibility events within the technology or semiconductor industry and thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, that may include major industry trade shows, technical conferences, executive briefing programs, and corporate strategy events
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Comms and Executive teams to align event strategy with business goals and product roadmaps
  • Negotiate contracts with venues, general contractors, AV providers, and other vendors
  • Partner and manage external agencies/contractors
  • Oversee event registration platforms, attendee communications, and post-event reporting using Cvent
  • Manage risk, compliance, and safety considerations for on-site events (badge security, export control awareness for technical demos, NDA-covered content, etc.)
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor presence at major shows, and emerging event technologies
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required (estimated 20% or less)

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in corporate event management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale conferences
  • Strong vendor and contract negotiation skills
  • Experience with Cvent event management/registration platforms
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with C-suite executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing events at major industry events
  • Background in managing hybrid or virtual event formats
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
  • Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or broader B2B technology industry

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
