Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The PA Outbound assumes primary responsibility for managing the everyday functions of the Outbound Tour Preps with emphasis on PA Systems. This includes coordinating with tour preps within the scope of the complete package on the floor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage Outbound scanning for Speaker/Rigging Department
  • Includes pulling speakers, prepping and preparing all associated rigging, lasers and accessories to make system complete and functional for tour or event.
  • Monitor Finesse calendar for orders and transfers. Fulfill speaker/rigging related items for all transfers and orders.
  • Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped on time at or above company standards in accordance with the client's specifications.
  • Coordinate with Tour Prep Manager to prepare and calibrate rigging components where necessary.
  • Calibrate and offset grid lasers/inclinometers. Align lasers
  • Assist cable department when needed for PA related cable pulls and looming projects.
  • Assist Inbound team when all other duties are fulfilled.
  • General upkeep and organization of Speaker/Rigging department. Monitor inventory for
  •  
  • -QC/QA All rigging elements, wire rope & slings, shackles, push/pull pins & leashes etc.
  • Maintain inventory, cycle count, organize parts.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion.

  • Proficient knowledge of Clair gear and tour prep practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to relate to various groups of internal and external customers.
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to supervise others helping in the department by establishing goals and providing direction.
  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively and efficiently.
  • Must be computer literate with a willingness to improve knowledge base moving forward.
  • Use RF Scanner to scan items to appropriate projects.
  • Familiar with the use of usual office machinery, timecard systems, and a security system

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma plus, experience working in a warehouse or related field.
  • Experience with the order fulfillment process
