Position Title: - Brand Ambassador Intern

Department: Compliance - FWS Community Position

Reports To: Nicole Steck and Community Organization

Location: Main Campus / Hybrid

Rate of Pay: $20-$23/hr


Position Summary

Traveler On A Mission (TOAM) is seeking a Brand Ambassador Intern to help grow the Rooted & True brand. This role focuses on social media marketing, outreach, lead generation, and sales support for retail partners, corporate bulk orders, and vending events. This opportunity is great for students or emerging professionals interested in marketing, communications, branding, sustainability, retail, or social enterprise development.


Key Responsibilities

● Highlight sustainability, community impact, and the Buy Two, Give One model in messaging.
● Create marketing materials (flyers, product cards, email campaigns, product photos/videos)
● Research eco-friendly brands, competitors, and market trends
● Write newsletters, product listings, and online campaigns.
● Review analytics and engagement trends to guide strategy and sales.
● Research potential wholesale, retail, and corporate gifting opportunities
● Assist with outreach to hotels, gyms, schools, nonprofits, and retail partners.
● Identify trade shows, pop-up events, and eco-friendly markets on the East Coast.
● Draft emails, pitch pages, and follow-up messages
● Help prepare inventory and materials for vending events.
● Maintain lead tracking sheets and customer notes.


Qualifications & Skills
