About the Team: The Entertainment Creator team is dedicated to recruiting, incubating, and scaling high-quality creators in the TV/Film vertical on TikTok. We identify rising and established talent, develop strategic content initiatives, and unlock monetization opportunities that help creators build long-term success on the platform through a range of different programs and approaches. As an Entertainment Creator Intern, you will work on high-impact projects that support creator growth, program operations, trend intelligence, and monetization strategy within one of TikTok's most culturally relevant verticals. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of the fastest-growing entertainment and social platforms globally, while contributing directly to how TikTok supports TV/Film creators in the U.S. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications - Deep familiarity with the U.S. film and television landscape, entertainment fandoms, and social conversation around TV/Film. - Strong understanding of TikTok and other major social platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and X. - Prior experience in creator operations, content strategy, entertainment marketing, community management, program management, or market/competitive research. - Strong data fluency, with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative inputs to support conclusions. - Interest in the creator economy, AI advancement, entertainment strategy, digital culture, and platform monetization. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
