Your Impact as an Event Supervisor:
  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring successful setup, execution, and tear-down of booths and displays.
  • Coach for Success: Manage and train event representatives to meet lead generation goals and ensure high product presentation standards.
  • Strategic Growth: Research and secure new event opportunities, including completing contracts, insurance requirements, and vendor paperwork.
  • Model Excellence: Actively participate in lead generation activities and model effective engagement strategies for the team.
  • Operational Accuracy: Manage lead data using tablet applications and collaborate with the Production Manager to support overall event strategy.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 1 year in event marketing, promotions, or lead generation, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency with digital lead capture tools, tablet applications, and email systems (Excel familiarity preferred).
  • Comfortable traveling frequently between NV, CA, and AZ, including weekends, and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
  • Strong communication and problemโ€‘solving skills with a handsโ€‘on approach to field event management.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and the ability to transport event equipment.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
