  • Paid Licensure Reimbursement
  • Meaningful leadership work making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals in recovery

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure facility readiness, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and structured therapeutic environment at all times
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards, including those related to substance use treatment, OSHA, fire safety, and workplace safety requirements
  • Manage staffing coverage, scheduling, campus operations, and staff performance to maintain safe supervision standards and operational excellence
  • Monitor documentation, incident reporting, supervision logs, daily checks, and operational processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement through quality initiatives, audits, and implementation of policies and best practices
  • Maintain oversight of campus inventory, including client necessities, housekeeping products, and operational supplies to prevent resource deficits
  • Oversee facility transportation protocols, ensuring reliable and audited scheduling for client appointments, admissions, and discharges
  • Review operational metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with program leaders to improve client experience and facility performance
  • Serve as operational lead during emergencies, facility events, and significant organizational projects

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate Recovery Technician Coordinators and direct support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and trauma‑informed care
  • Oversee structured onboarding and ongoing professional development for all Recovery Technician staff to build a strong, engaged team and promote retention
  • Consistently enforce policies, code of conduct, and professional boundary standards
  • Oversee staffing schedules to manage overtime and ensure safe client‑to‑staff ratios

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, healthcare, or a related setting with knowledge of facility operations
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience with demonstrated coaching, communication, and team development skills; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Valid Driver's License with the ability to drive a company vehicle required
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment
