The New England Free Jacks are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented Rugby Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our professional rugby program. This hands-on role will help coordinate team logistics, equipment, match days, community initiatives, and academy programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate team travel, transportation, accommodations, meals, schedules, and logistics.
  • Support daily training, match-day, and team operations.
  • Manage team equipment, inventory, setup, and facilities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for players, coaches, staff, vendors, and partners.
  • Support Free Jacks Academy, community clinics, appearances, and events.
  • Assist with club-wide events, sponsorship activations, and special projects.
  • Identify operational needs and proactively solve problems.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sports operations, logistics, events, or a related field preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours during the MLR season.
  • Team-first attitude and willingness to do whatever is needed.
  • Rugby experience preferred but not required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
