Position: Customer Success & Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Operations Manager

Your responsibilities as Customer Success & Marketing Coordinator:

Primary Focus: Deliver exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and marketing.

Customer Care

· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

· Contact new leads and schedule appointments.

· Qualify leads using the Kitchen Tune-Up questionnaire.

· Prepare customers for their design consultation.

· Maintain communication throughout the customer journey.

· Update customer records in ServiceMinder.

· Follow up after appointments and completed projects.

Sales Support

· Schedule consultations.

· Prepare financing paperwork and contracts.

· Follow up on outstanding proposals.

· Assist with customer reviews and referrals.

Marketing Support

· Schedule corporate social media posts.

· Publish blogs and website updates.

· Upload before-and-after project photos.

· Submit project photos to Corporate.

· Coordinate email campaigns.

· Assist with home shows and community events.

Success Measures

· Leads contacted within minutes/hours.

· High appointment booking rate.
