The opportunity Delaware North is seeking an Operations Manager to lead operations at Titletown District and Ariens Hill in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will oversee concessions, park operations, and café services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across these premier destinations. The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, support business growth and profitability, and foster strong client and guest relationships by delivering high-quality products, efficient service, and outstanding hospitality.   * Competitive relocation package!  Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. * Ensure proper repair and maintenance of foodservice equipment; initiate capital budget to replace, remodel equipment and facilities. * Directly accountable for budget and profitability of departments with the General Manager. Develop financial objectives consistent with company objectives. More about you * Minimum of three years' management experience in a high-volume concession or catering environment, preferably in a venue of significant size and scope, as well as prior food service operations experience. * Familiarity with standard food and beverage equipment, inventory, cost control, and purchasing. * Strong leadership skills are a must. * Excellent client relationship management skills. * Strong financial acumen; analytical and detail-oriented. * Familiar with POS and inventory software. * No degree required.
