Role Summary:
The Event Conversions Coordinator for St. Louis CITY SC will help assist the Event Operations Team in ensuring that St. Louis CITY SC facilities are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible, while managing resources as it pertains to both internal and external stadium events. This position will be based out of Energizer Park.
Job Responsibilities:
Event Conversion Execution
  • Execute conversions, setups, and changeovers for match days and event days in accordance with established operational plans.
  • Assist in implementing standard operating procedures for both standard and unique event conversions.
  • Ensure facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures are followed during event setup and conversion activities.
Event Operations
  • Work during events and respond promptly to scheduled and unexpected physical modifications or setup changes required for the event.
  • Assist in overseeing events and match day setups throughout the venue.
  • Support the execution of task lists and operational plans provided by the Manager of Event Conversion.
Inventory amp; Equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of stadium furniture and equipment.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance tracking, storage organization, and readiness for events.
  • Identify inventory needs and communicate shortages, damage, or repair requirements to the Manager.
Communication amp; Reporting
  • Coordinate daily activities of full-time and part-time conversion staff during assigned shifts.
  • Report irregularities, discrepancies, damage, loss of property, or safety concerns to the Manager of Event Conversion.
  • Communicate event-related operational updates and issues to management in a timely manner.
Leadership Support
  • Assist with training and onboarding of part-time Event Operations Crew.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
  • Independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy. Strong teamwork aptitude required.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations and information.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Self-motivated and goal driven.
  • Professional appearance and attitude, as well as ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to lift 40+lbs without strain and comfortable standing and walking for long durations.

Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour
