Description

The Operations Support Coordinator is a hybrid role on PRM’s corporate team. This position focuses on the management and troubleshooting of internal software systems and technology used across the organization while also providing day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both people and systems in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.


Key Responsibilities

Systems & Technology Support

  • Assist with managing and maintaining internal software platforms
  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for common system and software issues
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors or internal IT resources as needed
  • Help document processes, system workflows, and user guides

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate uniform ordering, distribution, and inventory for onsite staff
  • Assist with office coordination, vendor communication, and general facilities support
  • Provide administrative support to corporate team members as needed
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation

Employee Onboarding & Support

  • Assist with new employee onboarding, including system access setup, documentation, and orientation coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic employee questions related to systems, processes, and tools
  • Support offboarding tasks such as access removal and equipment return tracking

General Support

  • Support corporate initiatives, projects, and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and system-related workflows

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role
  • Experience supporting software systems or providing basic technical support is preferred
  • Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for occasional travel to properties.
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or a multi-location organization is a plus
