Job description

Plant Administrative Assistant
$19+/hr
1st shift 7am-3pm M-F
Neenah, WI

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the plant leadership team.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and training records.
  • Help organize meetings, employee events, and plant communications.
  • Enter production data and maintain plant records.
  • Assist with purchasing, inventory documentation, and supply orders.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance.
  • Support visitor sign-in procedures and office operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
