We have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our team! The person in this role will primarily assist our Asset Managers with auditing property financials. To be successful in this position, you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Track daily trends on the portfolio
  • Assist with property reporting
  • Audit property budgets/spending
  • Assist with creating budgets
  • work closely with teams and property managers to improve operations
  • Assist with internal Financial Projects
Qualifications:
  • Must have basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Background in real estate field a plus
