The Marketing Assistant's primary objective is to support the marketing and business development strategies.


Here an overview of what you get to do:

  • Support creation of reports, input of client information, dashboard management, and other CRM tasks as needed.
  • Support the designing, development, and maintenance of marketing collateral and campaigns for the company.
  • Support the client proposal (RFP/RFQ response) process including the development, design, and production of proposal booklets, PDFs, etc.
  • Lead the award submissions process for company and project awards.
  • Develop analytics reports for the Riley social media accounts and website and present your findings and recommendations.
  • Provide marketing and communications support to other departments within the company.
  • Support the creation of content, resources, and tools, etc. to enable the business development team to build relationships with prospects, clients, industry influencers, and key community and strategic partners.
  • Support the planning and organization of Riley-related client appreciation events, educational opportunities, and job site tours. Including the coordination of and Riley representation at professional and community organizations (WHEA, NAIOP, WMC, Bioforward, etc.)
  • Participate in account and market specific meetings as needed. Update plans and provide marketing support.
  • Analyze and develop market research including prospect and client intelligence building and vertical market trends.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or comparable experience.
  • Knowledge of the following software is a must: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, MS-Power Point, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Access, Client Management Databases.
  • Courses in graphic design or related experience, preferred.
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills and confidentiality.
