Job Summary

  • Provides exceptional customer service to every guest they encounter to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Takes on any position including (but not limited to); scanning tickets, guest seating, and assisting in VIP hospitality areas.
  • Assists patrons with accessibility needs.
  • Oversees crowd management to ensure a safe experience for all guests.
  • Understands venue layouts and provides directional assistance to guests.
