We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help elevate the visual quality across Kestra Holdings and its portfolio of brands. This role focuses on concepting, designing, and delivering both digital and print creative that supports marketing initiatives, campaign development, and event experiences, while driving consistent, high quality brand experience across all business lines.
Working closely with the Creative, Lead Generation, Communications, and Event teams, as well as Marketing Strategists, these role partners across the organization to translate business needs into clear, effective visual solutions. This person will own work from concept through final delivery and play a key role in maintaining and evolving how our brands show up in market across campaigns, events, and day-to-day marketing efforts.
This is a fast-paced environment where multiple projects and priorities are managed at once. Success in this role requires strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized while delivering high quality work.
What you'll Do:
  • Lead design and execution of creative across print and digital channels.
  • Concept and design integrated marketing campaigns, including campaign look and feel, asset systems, and supporting materials.
  • Develop event branding and design supporting materials such as signage, presentations, collateral, digital assets, and on-site experiences.
  • Concept and design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, campaigns, ads, publications, and brand materials.
  • Design digital assets including web graphics, banners, email visuals, infographics, and interactive PDFs.
  • Translate briefs into clear visual solutions that align with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Maintain and apply brand standards across multiple business lines while supporting ongoing brand evolution.
  • Design and modernize PowerPoint presentations using strong layout, storytelling, and visual structure.
  • Edit and retouch photography include headshots and marketing imagery.
  • Partner with marketing teams to support campaign development and iterate creative based on feedback and performance.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and clearly communicate design rationale.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries, file structure, and version control standards.
  • Package files properly for print, digital delivery, and archiving.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Contribute to template development and scalable design solutions to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Support team workflows and project tracking through established systems such as Monday.com.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to other designers to maintain a high creative standard.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure consistency across digital and brand experiences.
  • Ensure all creative meets compliance, brand, and production standards.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, campaign work, and event branding.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, and editorial design.
  • Experience concepting and executing integrated campaigns across channels.
  • Experience developing event branding and multi touchpoint design systems for events.
  • Ability to design digital including web, email, social, and paid media.
  • Experience creating and designing PowerPoint presentations with strong visual storytelling.
  • Working knowledge of Figma or similar tools for digital design.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Sitecore and understanding of web and responsive design principles.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail across layout, production, and file management.
  • Ability to present work and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
