Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Tomahawk, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Guided by teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture, you will play a valued role in daily site operations.


Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an automotive location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify issues that may require follow-up.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and document daily events, observations, and/or incidents in accordance with post orders.
  • Support traffic flow, visitor direction, and/or delivery coordination as needed while maintaining awareness of site conditions and following established communication procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
