In the heart of downtown Madison, where the city meets the water, a new food hall experience is taking shape.

One Social Food Hall is located in the One09 building overlooking Lake Monona. The food hall brings together multiple food concepts, a welcoming atmosphere, and community-focused events.

Now Hiring Full Time and Part Time Baristas

We are looking for friendly, reliable people who enjoy working with guests and take pride in quality and consistency.

Position Overview

The Barista is responsible for preparing coffee and espresso-based beverages while providing fast, friendly service in a high-volume environment. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station
  • Accurately take orders and handle payments
  • Engage guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Assist in other service areas as needed

High volume service experience is preferred. Ability to work multiple stations is a plus.
