Event Associates are professionals who assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events such as conferences, meetings, weddings, and trade shows. Their responsibilities often include handling logistics, communicating with vendors, setting up event spaces, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event. They work closely with event managers and other staff to deliver a successful experience for attendees.
