Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and represent the company at local events, community meetings, and networking functions to foster strong relationships with community leaders that result in sales.
  • Identify and develop partnerships in coordination with Area Marketing with local organizations, businesses, and influencers to promote brand visibility and community involvement.
  • Accountable for sales goals as defined with local leadership team
  • Plan and execute market-specific initiatives, including sponsorships, pop-up events, MDU events and community outreach campaigns (end to end)
  • Conduct activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals to meet or exceed individual and market sales targets.
  • Engage with existing customers to identify needs and recommend tailored solutions, focusing on promoting company products and services.
  • Serve as a point of contact for potential and existing customers locally, ensuring a seamless and positive sales experience during community outreach events.
  • Serve as a resource for local teams, providing guidance on market trends, customer engagement strategies, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support new employee training and onboarding efforts related to sales and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to align initiatives and share best practices.
  • Report the success of community events using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as interactions, leads, and sales.
  • Ensure all events are properly staffed, equipped, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of event activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in event coordination, sales, or community outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
