Location: Austin, TX - On Site

Commitment: Single-day activation, approx. 8 to 10 hours including setup and load-out

Compensation: Unpaid 1-Day Internship

About Yellow Dot

Yellow Dot is a sports marketing agency built around NIL, representing brands rather than athletes. We build college football and basketball campaigns for clients including CAVA, eBay, Dutch Bros, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and the Army National Guard.

The Role

We're staffing a live commerce activation in Austin tied to Texas football and are looking for a current college student to work the event alongside our team. This is hands-on, day-of execution work with direct exposure to how a national brand activation actually runs.

What You'll Do

  • Support setup, staging, and breakdown of the activation footprint
  • Assist with talent and athlete coordination on site, including check-in and run-of-show timing
  • Help manage product, signage, and giveaway inventory
  • Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content for recap use
  • Serve as a point of contact for attendees and help keep foot traffic moving
  • Support the production team during live segments

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate, ideally studying marketing, sport management, communications, or a related field
  • Comfortable on your feet for a full game day in Texas heat
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to solve small problems without being asked
  • Familiar with college football culture and gameday environments
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and be on site for setup starting early morning
  • Austin-based or able to get yourself to Austin for the day

What You Get

  • Direct experience executing a national brand activation from setup to wrap
  • Exposure to agency, brand, and production workflows in one day
  • A named reference and portfolio-usable experience
  • Consideration for future paid Yellow Dot event work
