  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Development, CRO, Digital Merchandising, Customer Service, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze user behavior, performance data, and testing results to create ADA-compliant wireframes and prototypes, optimizing end-to-end user journeys for clarity, accessibility, and conversion.

  • Provide strategic UI/UX guidance for third-party website initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends through competitive and cross-industry research, championing new technologies and innovative UX solutions.
  • Incorporate customer insights from the customer experience team into design decisions to improve usability and experience.
  • Establish and refine the UI/UX Roadmap, efficient workflows, processes, and systems to deliver high-quality work on time.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • A bachelor (or higher) degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Web Design or Digital Media.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful projects that demonstrate the ability to integrate business priorities into UX design solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Performance-driven mindset with experience using data, testing, and KPIs to guide UX decisions and drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement.
