Position Overview
We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Orange County team to provide home-based ABA therapy. Each RBT will be matched with 1–2 clients to ensure consistency and high-quality care. You will work directly with children to implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision and guidance of a local Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The supervising BCBA will be on-site at the start of services and will attend in-person sessions at least once per month after the case has stabilized to ensure ongoing support and training.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home setting.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
Communicate progress, challenges, and observations to the supervising BCBA.
Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision sessions.
Follow all ethical guidelines and professional standards as set by the BACB.
Qualifications
Active RBT certification through the BACB (required).
High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned areas of Orange County.
Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
Schedule & Caseload
Flexible scheduling options available (morning, afternoon, and early evening sessions).
Staff are typically assigned to 1–2 clients for consistency and quality care.
Supervision & Support
Supervised by a local BCBA who will be present during the initial service onset and conduct in-person supervision at least monthly thereafter.
