We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-loving Customer Service Travel Agent who is passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients-helping them plan, book, and manage trips while providing exceptional service from start to finish.
What You'll Do:

  • Assist clients with vacation planning, including cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries
  • Provide clear, friendly communication via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Research destinations, pricing, promotions, and travel requirements
  • Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel documentation
