Massage Therapist

Spavia Lincoln Park is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $35-$44
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $40-$45

Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments

• Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
• Experienced therapists at 32 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $65K-$75K+ annually
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages

• Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more
• Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and cbd) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
• Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes

• Active Massage Therapy license in Illinois
