As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented Server Assistant to join our team.


Job Overview: As a Server Assistant at EEG, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best-in-class service, product, and entertainment. You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s). The Server Assistant provides Servers with support in table service to restaurant guests by assisting with taking orders for food and beverages, delivering orders to the table, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with delivering food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables.
  • Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently for incoming guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing away used dishes and resetting table settings.
  • Communicate with other staff members to coordinate food delivery and resolve guest needs quickly.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help maintain cleanliness in other areas, such as restrooms and server stations, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous customer service/hospitality/restaurant experience, preferably in a fast paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and guests.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with front-of-house, kitchen staff, and guests.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as clearing tables, refilling drinks, and assisting servers.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and professionally.
  • Required food and alcohol certifications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Previous experience as a server preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
